Payment terms and confirmation of application

When paying upon application, we will send an email with confirmation at the same time as we deduct the amount from your card or Mobilepay. However, confirmation will not be sent until you have been admitted to the course. If you are admitted to the waiting list for a fully booked course, we will send written confirmation with a payment card if there is a vacancy. Courses with payment in several installments are charged upon submission of payment information. In the event of late payment, a reminder fee will be charged and interest will be added in accordance with the rules of the Danish Interest Act.

Payment and secruity

Mariager Høj- & Efterskole accepts payment with MobilePay and the following payment cards: Dankort, Visa / Dankort, Mastercard, Euro / Mastercard and American Express.

Please note that the card companies may charge a fee in connection with the use of payment cards. It is thus not Mariager Høj- & Efterskole that collects these amounts. When using credit cards, you must pay the fee yourself.

When we electronically collect credit card information, it is encrypted through Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption. This means that unauthorized persons cannot read your card number or other information during the transaction.

The payments you make via our website will be processed by our service provider. All information that you provide to us or submit on our website must be current and correct; they must not be misleading, and in the event of changes, please let us know.

Cancellation and cancellation on courses under 4 weeks

If you unsubscribe no later than 4 weeks before the start of the course, the course price will be refunded DKK 500.00 less due to an administration fee. However, you always have the right of withdrawal in 3 days. Upon application, cancellation insurance can be selected for DKK 250.00 per participant. It ensures that, regardless of the time of cancellation due to illness, the entire course fee is reimbursed against documentation in the form of a valid medical certificate. We also reserve the right to cancel if there are too few registered up to 2 weeks before the start of the course. In this case, the full course price will be refunded.

Cancellation and cancellation on courses over 4 weeks

Upon application, the first installment of the course payment is paid. This rate is not refundable in case of later cancellation. However, you always have the right of withdrawal in 3 days. After you have started school, there is a 4-week notice period, where tuition fees are still paid. This also applies if you interrupt your stay due to a breach of school rules.

Processing of personal information

Information protection is a matter of trust and the protection of your private information is important to us. We will therefore only use your name and other information related to you in accordance with the terms described in this Privacy Policy. We only collect information in cases where this should be relevant to us. The personal information is registered with Mariager Bible College & Boarding Scghool and stored for up to five years, after which the information is deleted. The data controller is the school’s business manager.

Your information will not be passed on or sold to third parties. As registered with Mariager Bible College & Boarding School, you always have the right to object to the registration. You also have the right to insight into what information is registered about you. You have these rights according to the Personal Data Act and inquiries in connection with this should be directed to: mail@mariager-skolerne.dk
